Order FAQs
First order with us? Please read these important FAQs. Message Formats: Messages may be available in four formats. They can be bought on CD. They may be included on CD in a prepackaged teaching series with other messages. Messages are also be available for download. Most will be available as MP3 audio files. These will play on any platform in nearly any media player. They may also be available as printed manuscripts in the Adobe PDF format. MP3 files and PDF files are only available by download. These files are archived in ZIP format for faster downloading. Even still, the MP3 files are relatively large. If you have a dial-up connection, you may prefer to purchase the message on CD and have it shipped to you. Ordering for Pick-up, Shipping, or Download: Messages on CD and other physical products may be ordered "for pickup" at Bridge City worship services or to be shipped to your address. During check-out each physical product lists two shipping options: Free and some other shipping cost. VERY IMPORTANT: If you select "Free" shipping during the check-out phase, we will place the product you ordered at the Information Table for pick-up the following weekend. If you select the shipping amount, we will immediately ship the product to the shipping address you specify during checkout. How to get your Digital Download: Once you've completed the transaction, you will receive three emails almost immediately. You will receive an order confirmation from us. You will receive a receipt from Paypal. You will also receive an email with secure links allowing you download the digital products you purchased. If you don't receive these, make sure to check your spam filter. Our emails will be coming from resources@bridgecity.org. Clicking on the links in this third email will initiate your downloads. Most modern operating systems can automatically extract the contents of ZIP archives automatically. If yours doesn't, you may need to download a small free utility like StuffIt Expander (Mac) or ZipGenius (Windows). How we handle the financial transaction: Our transactions are handled through Paypal (www.paypal.com for more information). This will allow you to make payment from a Paypal account. You will be given a chance to register if you don't have one. You may also use any Visa or Mastercard if you prefer. In either case your financial transaction is handled in a secure environment. |
